it's was a terrible show due to strangers now and same boring crowd of hxc posers but rotting out and dead icons was awesome and gang control got my respect for pulling a no show on a shitty show |

Not showing up without letting anyone know to a show is pretty cool. A band did that at the show that I saw Rotting Out that one time.

they probably pull a no show due to strangers now because according to a few out of state bands and local bands they're tired of playing with them and threw their cd out the window like a frisbee

First off, the fake poster is not even insulting. Make fun of dead people or something personal to make your insults meaningful you boring fuck.
Second off to gang control: I met a kid that played in that band at a party a few months ago and oof. I know it's a moot point to argue about what "punk rock" is on the internet. But if people fucking hate your band, play your music and rub it in their face. Don't no-show like a bunch of cowards. Your "street punk" idols would think you're a bunch of sketchy flakey high-school fakes.
About the fight: blah blah shit happens. The kid that hit you is by no means the history of St. Louis hardcore so don't stereotype everyone as tough guys trying to look hard. There's a lot of hard work that goes into this "scene" and to discredit it and talk about it on a message board like such is a personal insult to everyone involved in booking your favorite local band week after week. Some kid hit you because your friends were being (by your own admission) loud obnoxious drunks. Shit happens, settle it in person not over the internet.
