pros: TO NO END. KMK. In Medias Res. i saw a large man get harpooned in the eye by a mic stand during kmk. never saw 12 gauge blues until last night, and they ruled.
cons: smoke. hang over.
i hope there are more shows at that place.

all of you except for travis are not following the traditional pro / con format. shame on you.
PROS:
--that venue is cool
--i liked every single band
--corbeta corbata: seeing them play in south st louis made me feel like all was right with the world again.
--to no end: felt just like old times. rob did fantastic fillin in for scott, sweet!
--playing drums again rules
--playing that weezer cover in front of people finally. we used to play that song every other practice at least back in the day, for no good reason. way fun.
--weezer cover served perfectly to lull crowd into false sense of security and bring sweater-wearing types and girls up front, unsuspecting the "clobbering time" to follow. i love it when a well laid plan pans out.
--so many people i miss! where do people go?
cons:
--fight
--kegstand dropped off, boooo. feel bad for brandon.
--darrel got smooooked in the face with a mic stand, but the resulting bloody picture might make it all worthwhile. pain fades, glory is forever.
--"SIMPHER!"
--various high profile strangely confusingly absent people
show ruled, i had a phenomenal time. thanks rob!

Thats just what I heard manggg from what i saw after he fougt someone... they were just trying to restrain him so he would chill the fuck out. finally got him outside where he proceeded to yell f*ggot, n*gger & sp*c at the top of his lungs and threaten to beat the fuck out of all us f*ggots... cg did a good job getting him wrangled into a car and out of there before a bigger spectical happened |
