I'll be selling cassettes of the demo that Widowmaker recorded in the summer of 2010 and never released tomorrow at Shagy's Benefit. The demo was recorded by Gabe Usery, they're limited to 20 tapes, and hand numbered. Minimum $5 donation. Thanks!  |

It's just a pet peeve of mine pretensions have nothing to do with it at all. If bands really want to make the anti-Christian statement then they should start inverting the crucifix with the man himself on it.

If bands really want to make the anti-Christian statement then they should start inverting the crucifix with the man himself on it.  This is now associated anti-Christianity just like this  is associated with Nazism. Get used to it. Also, how big of a turd do you have to be to get lost in semantics when the real point of this post was to let people know that he'll be selling some demo tapes for a band that never got to release their demo to help raise money for Shagy's family? Mind-fucking-Blown. |

why does everyone have to get so easily offended this had nothing to do with the tapes or shagy's family at all, i was just making an observation. i didn't knock the band or their effort to help. in fact i completely support it.
what baffles me is how something so widely known as a symbol of humility and inferiority in comparison to christ can be so mis-used as an anti-christian statement. no matter which way you turn the cross, like it or not is still a huge sign of respect to the christian deity.
sorry for de-railing the thread, i meant absolutely no harm. tonight is going to be awesome and i was informed that esther has some "delicious" brownies for sale.
