Doubtful on a big show there. He is hesitant to do shows that run late on weeknights. |

Don't know where else this would be appropriate to post... but back in 2003 my old band played a festival where these flesh hangers did their thing during an intermission. My band happened to be the band that played first after it was done, but a lot of random people from the crowd kept wanting to be "hooked up" so to speak, so they kept the scaffolding up and we played what was probably our most memorable gig with people hanging by their skin between us and the audience.
Anyway, just so happened to get in touch with a girl who's part of that troupe, she just moved to Madison, and apparently one of those guys lives in St. Louis now. St. Louis is a convenient central location for them, being all over the country now, and they were wanting to do something for Halloween. I told her I knew of some people putting something together for a Halloween show although I didn't know big it would be, but she's just looking for options at this point. Is this something that whoever's putting this Halloween show together would be down with?
From the looks of this thread it sounds like there isn't even a venue set in stone yet. Anyway, would this sorta thing be something people the St. Louis hardcore crowd would even wanna see? Someone said there's a big show with 8 bands on the 30th, but I'm sure who the bands are, or where it's gonna be at, so contact info for that one would be appreciated, too.

its probably gonna end up the 31st now, i'm really not sure. waiting to hear back from people. might end up being split up to two shows, really don't know til someone messages me back. not trying to lose my ass on a hall rental

So it looks like that band Xerxes has a show Oct 30th at lemp. I'm now sure how relevant it is to anybody's interest, but they came here some time this summer and I thought they were real good. Anyway, since a show is happening, Lemp might need bands for it. So maybe that could turn into the first night for HC Halloween?
I'm really only throwing this out there, I don't know anything about the show other than Xerxes being on it.
